Hello Fellow Followers,
It’s been a whirl wind, of activity’s at my house. School is on it’s final week, which the boys are so happy about. It makes me more aware, that I will soon have a middle schooler and a senior…
To the heart of this post, I want to share with you all, a gorgeous horse quilt that Carolyn, made for her niece. It’s beautifully pieced and is so unique.
The panel in the center, is of two high spirited horse’s. Running free with there heads held high, in such a majestic way.
So to accent the quilt I decided a free floating feather would look nice, on the outer border followed by horseshoes and stars. Then a border of ribbon candy, along with leaves and an outline of the horses along with swirls.
It turned out beautifully I really had a lot of fun with this quilt.
Thank you, Carolyn ❤️
Until next time, I hope you enjoy the pictures and “Have a Sew Happy Day”
