Hello Fellow Followers,
Can you believe this month is almost over! I have been busy quilting away, along with planting my garden and tending to my barn yard of animals!
It was also my birthday month, turning 39 is bittersweet! It means my boys, are growing up quickly and starting another year of College soon. As well as my youngest, will be in High school this fall.
I think the name of this quilt, that Gaye brought to be quilted is very fitting. “Whirling in the Wind” as life often whirls us around and shakes things up to place us exactly where we need to be!
This quilt, is truly a work of art. With the birds in flight, as well as notes and melodies written in the border fabrics. Then centered with whirling blocks.
I hope you enjoy the pictures, it was a blustery day. When the pictures where being taken.
It was a pleasure, working with you Gaye. Until next time “Have a Sew Happy Day”
