Baby Circles

This quilt was actually baby clothes a client had saved until her daughter was a year old so she could use them in a memory quilt for her daughter.

It was a memorable and fun quilt as each outfit was so small and unique I wanted to encorprate them all in to the design

There where two sizes of the blocks one was an eight inch circle and the other was a six inch circle I used pellon interfacing to help stabilize the circles to keep them true to form then I fused them all to a 10 1/2 inch background fabric and sewed all 42 circles together to make the quilt it turned out to be 60×70 a perfect snuggly size then I quilted it with an all over circle design I hope you enjoy this modern baby quilt 😊
