Hello Fellow Followers,
I hope you are well, it’s been a little snowy in the PNW, lately. But I know we desperately, need the moisture for this coming summer. It will help, the forest’s stay green, as that is where the elusive Bigfoot lives.
The quilt, I’m going to tell you about today, is a very special one! This quilt is going to the ” Southeast Bigfoot Conference” in Texas.
I participated in this wonderful event last year, by donating one of my “Mysterious Bigfoot” quilts. To help benefit the “Honor Flight Program” which assists senior citizens, by helping with airfare costs, so they can visit historical sites, along with other activities in the US.
This year the conference leader, asked if I could make “Elizabeth Hartman’s” pattern “Legendary” I said absolutely! So with some fabric and thread! A legendary quilt was born.
This year the quilt, will be auctioned off to benefit “St Jude’s Research Hospital” which is such a wonderful organization. I truly believe, it helps so many children and there families.
So if your in Texas, in April and you see, a advertisement, for the “Southeast Bigfoot Convention” please try and attend it will be a lot of fun.
Until next time, I hope you enjoy the pictures and have a “Sew Happy Day”
